Renovation of a municipal facility in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Bid Bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted via PennBid. Performance and Payment Bonds submitted after award. This Contract is subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, as amended Base Bid for entire scope of work associated with: a) Demolition, b) Concrete Walk and Driveway Apron, c) Concrete Patio with Stamped Concrete with Color, and d) Curbing Deduct Alternate #1 – Remove additional cost associated with upgrading to stamped concrete with color from concrete patio. Concrete patio would then be concrete patio as is in full. Light broom finish. Deduct Alternate #2 – Remove entire scope of work associated with concrete patio.
