Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Panama City, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Bids are invited upon the lump sum of work as follows: This project primarily involves reconstruction of Harrison Avenue from Government Street to 4th Street, and reconstruction on the side streets: Government Street, Beach Drive, Oak Avenue, and 4th Street. The major items of work involve: mobilization, clearing and grubbing, erosion control, maintenance of traffic, earthwork, stabilization, base, asphalt for bicycle lanes, curb, gutter, stormwater system replacement, soil cells, landscaping, irrigation, hardscaping, lighting, conduit, signing, pavers for roadway, crosswalk, and sidewalk accents, concrete sidewalk, replacement of potable water mains, replacement of gravity sewer systems, replacement of laterals/service connections, and rehabilitation in disturbed areas outside the limits of reconstruction. A cashiers check or bank draft, payable to the order of City of Panama City, negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (at par value) or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid on the form provided by the City. The Contractor shall comply in every respect with all applicable laws, regulations, and building and construction codes of the Federal Government, the State of Florida, the County of Bay, the City of Panama City, and shall obtain all such occupational licenses and permits as shall be prescribed by law. Submit bids in person at the Purchasing Department, via U. S. Mail or courier service. The City reserves the right to reject any one or all bids, or any part of any bid, to waive any informality in any bid, and to award a contract deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
