Renovation of an educational facility in McDonald, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of May 16, 2022 bids were canceled. No plan to rebid. Bids Proposals will be accepted for a Single Prime General Contractor (for Design Build Services for Shipping Container Structures and Modifications, Plumbing, H.V.A.C., Electrical, and Structural work and engineering) on a lump sum basis. There will be no pre-bid meeting. Any questions may be submitted as a request for Information up to 72 hours before bid opening. R.F.I.'s are to be submitted electronically to David Roose, Project Manager of Strollo Architects at droose@strolloarchitects.com This work shall utilize Prevailing wage Requirements. Each bidder will be required to submit with his bid, a Bid Guarantee and Contract Bond in the amount of one hundred (100%) percent of the bid in conformance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code, or a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Letter of Credit in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the total bid in accordance with Chapter 153.05 of the Ohio Revised Code. Attention is called to the fact that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, creed, sex, or national origin as provided in RC 153.59. Attention is also called to the fact that the project is tax exempt. The right is reserved by the Board of Education to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities. No bid may be withdrawn for at least (90) sixty days after the opening thereof.
