Site work and paving for a road / highway in Mount Bethel, Pennsylvania. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of 07/13, all bids were rejected. As of this time, no plans on rebidding. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 6/29/2021 4:00 PM NO Pre-Bid Meeting will be held for this project. The project consists of the installation of embankment slope riprap and associated roadway reconstruction, along with the installation of new guiderail and all other associated work listed herein, and as indicated on the plans. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check drawn to the order of Upper Mount Bethel Township; or a Bid Bond in favor of Upper Mount Bethel Township, in the amount of 5% of the total bid price. Said check or bond shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. All Bidders must be PennDOT prequalified as a Prime Contractor and be prequalified in the specific PennDOT Work Class Codes that constitute at least 50% of the project. The project will be constructed in conformance with PennDOT Publication 408 (latest edition) and the project Technical Provisions. No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days of the date of the bid opening. Upper Mount Bethel Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bidding informalities.
