Site work for a road / highway in Mount Bethel, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
project consists of line painting various roadway in the Township perp current PennDOT Pub. 408, and as described in the Project Specifications. Bidders need to be prequalified by PennDOT (Sec.( 102.01). ) NO Pre-Bid Meeting will be held for this project. Each bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with project name on the outside. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond in the amount of 5% made payable to the municipality as a proposal guarantee which; it is understood, will be forfeited in case the contractor fails to comply with the requirement of the proposal. p p All Bidders must be PennDOT prequalified q as a Prime Contractor and be prequalified in the specific PennDOT Work Class Codes that constitute at least 50% of the project. The project will be constructed in conformance with PennDOT Publication 408 (latest edition) ) and the project Technical Provisions. No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days of the date of the bid opening. Upper Mount Bethel Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any y bidding g informalities.
