This project has been awarded to Mike Werlech Construction in the amount of $462,902. Scope of Work. includes, but is not limit-ed to, demolition of existing plat-form and construction of new ADA accessible platform, upgrading of existing lighting and audio visual systems, and replacement of fin-ish materials impacted by con struction, including walls, floors, and ceilings. The Owner reserves the right to accept. the lowest or any other Bid, the right to reject any or all Bids, and the right to waive any irregularities in any Bid. Withdraw of Bid: No Bid may be withdrawn, except with the express permission of th.e Owner, after the time set for the open-ing thereof, unless the award of Contract, is delayed for a period exceeding .45 days. Certified check, bank cash iers check, or bid bond is required with each Bid, equal to 5% of the total Base Bid only. Make checks payable to the Renton School District; furnish bond executed by a licensed bond-ing agency authorized to do busi-ness in the locality of the project.
