Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

As of June 3, 2021 the project has been awarded to Payne and Dolan for $547,665.35. Anticipated start is 6/2/2021. In general the work consists of: removing severely deteriorated block pavers and replacing them with concrete paving at the receiving area behind the UW Milwaukee Kenilworth Building and a small section of public sidewalk in the front of the building. The project will also include replacement of stormwater sump pumps inside the building and trench drainage in the receiving area. Effective September 23, 2017, state prevailing wage requirements on state building projects no longer apply. These changes take effect for projects advertised for bid after September 23, 2017. This change does not affect the Federal Davis Bacon Act requirements.
