Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Lowhill Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
The project for which Bids are being solicited is subject to the applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Each Bid must be accompanied by bid security payable to Lowhill Township in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price in the form of a Certified Check, Bank Check, or a Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Article 5 of the General Conditions. Lowhill Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and to accept any Bid which in its judgment is in the best interest of the Township. No Bid will be accepted if obtained from sources other than the issuing office noted above. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE : 5/21/2021 4:00 PM
