Site work and paving for a road / highway in Lake City, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of 7/7/2021 project was already awarded for $200,795.32. This project includes levelling and resurfacing the 5118 feet (0.97 mile) rural section of 18' wide (2 - 9' travel lanes) and placement of asphalt in two layers: (1) Levelling at 75 lbs/SY and (2) Surface at 137.5 lbs/SY. Scope of work includes minor shoulder work, grading, asphaltic concrete pavement, erosion control, grassing, painted pavement markings, and incidental items. Deadline for questions regarding construction plans, specifications, and/or bid documents must be received before 2:00 P.M. on June 4, 2021. The Columbia County Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to add to the contract or delete from the contract to stay within their funding capabilities. The contract time shall be 60 calendar days from the date of contract execution.
