Site work for a civil project in Mukwonago, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and road / highway.
Project involves the excavation/dredging, stockpiling, and grading of approximately 1,310 cubic yards of sediment from three existing ponds. Includes erosion and sediment control measures, traffic control, all setup, operation and continuous maintenance of a temporary dewatering system for the ponds, restoration of disturbed areas and miscellaneous appurtenances required to complete construction. All Work is included in a single prime contract. Construction time is of the essence. Completion delays are subject to liquidated damages. Bidding Documents, including Drawings and Specifications, may be examined at the offices of Village of Mukwonago and the Consulting Engineer during regular business hours. A Bidder's qualification statement must be delivered to Village of Mukwonago at least 5 days before the Bid opening date. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bond or Certified Check payable to Village of Mukwonago equal to 5 percent of the Bid. If the successful Bidder fails to execute the Contract and furnish payment and performance bonds within 15 days after the award, the Check or Bid Bond may be forfeited to Village of Mukwonago as liquidated damages. The Village of Mukwonago reserves the right to accept the most advantageous Bid, or to reject any and all Bids. Award of Work described herein is subject to the provisions of the Wisconsin Statutes.
