For the furnishing of all labor, tax, bonds, insurance, permits, premiums, shipping, transportation, services, disposal, equipment, materials, and appurtenant facilities for the remodel of the Amador County Main Branch Library. QA deadline-Thursday, August 5, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. Duplicate project Renovation of existing library with improved exterior and interior accessibility including new toilets, new circulation desk, computer workstations, and finishes The awarded abatement contractor is to provide all required notifications, insurance, labor, materials and disposal of abated items noted below to undertake and complete the work for this project. All work must be performed in full compliance with all applicable Local, State and Federal requirements and regulations Each contractor bidding this project must submit their proposal with a cost breakdown by item. Following is the list of ACMs/ACCMs that are part of the setup, abatement and disposal for this project. The Project name is Amador County Library Remodel, as shown in this project manual (plans & Specifications) prepared by Amador County and Hammel, Green and Abrahamson, Inc. (HGA). Base bid includes but is not necessarily limited to the following construction and complete the entire Work under this Contract within forty-five (45) Calendar days: o Overlay of existing parking lot providing ADA complaint parking stalls. o Demolition of existing concrete ramp and sidewalk and construction of ADA path of travel from parking area to the front entrance. o Landscaping. o Handrails o Replace Library public entrance doors with new doors including auto door operator hardware. o Site drainage. o Parking, path of travel and building signage. Additive Bid #1 includes but is not necessarily limited to the following construction and complete the entire Work under this Contract within sixty (60) Calendar days: Hazardous materials abatement within the Library building per ESS Environmental Scope of Work. o Remodel public restrooms and staff work area including breakroom and Directors office per HGA plans and specifications. o Install drywall, tape, texture and paint to cover exposed HVAC ducting in main Library area. Additive Bid #2 includes but is not necessarily limited to the following construction and complete the entire Work under this Contract within thirty (30) Calendar days o Demolition with requirements of new work in main Library area. o Install new ADA compliant casework with new electrical and communication ports. o Install new lighting. o Install new electrical and communication ports to County supplied public computer workstations. o Installation of new flooring in main Library area.
