NOTICE is hereby given by the undersigned that Ville de Laval will receive bids for: No SP-30272 Replacement work for the lifting system for heavy vehicles at the municipal garage and installation of a new lifting system for sidewalk crawlers at garage number 3 in Laval
Please note that as of 4 June 2021, the offices of the Clerk's office will be located at 4 th floor, suite 430, in the building located at 3131, boulevard Saint-Martin Ouest.
Bid times described below
Mondays from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. with the exception of Monday, May 24, 2021;
Tuesdays from 8:30 am to 10:30 am;
Wednesdays from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
From Monday, June 7, 2021 until no later than 10: 30 pm Tuesday, June 15, 2021 , on receipt of the Clerk's office located at 4 th floor, suite 430 of 3131, boulevard Saint-Martin Ouest:
Monday from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Tuesday from 8:30 am to 10:30 am;
Wednesday from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Only tenders presented on documents specially prepared for this purpose and which are found to comply with the conditions listed in the tender documents will be considered.
The tenders must be delivered to the Registrar in a sealed envelope, be clearly identified on the outer envelope as to the number of the tender and the name of the tenderer and be presented on the documents prepared for this purpose.
However, Ville de Laval reserves the right to accept neither the lowest nor any of the tenders and not to incur any legal action or claim for costs or losses suffered by the tenderers. In addition, the City does not incur any responsibility for the fact that the written opinions or any documents conveyed by the electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. Consequently, all tenderers must ensure, before tendering, to obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
