Renovation of a mixed-use development in Left Hand, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,345-square-foot educational facility.
For Safe School Entrance Renovations for Geary and Walton Elementary / Middle School The Work to be Bid upon is generally described as follows: The of the Project includes interior renovation of existing classrooms to new safe school public entrances and general administrative offices at Geary Elementary / Middle School and Walton Elementary / Middle School. The renovation work includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition, new storefront, new gypsum and metal stud partitions, new masonry walls, new gypsum and lay-in acoustical tile ceilings, new floor finishes, new doors and frames, painting, casework, new plumbing, mechanical and electrical fixtures, equipment, and distribution Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond payable to the Roane County Schools an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Total Bid. Bidders must hold a current West Virginia contractor's license on the date of Bid Opening. Bids received after the scheduled closing time for the reception of Bids will be returned unopened to the Bidders. Roane County Schools reserves the right to reject any and all Bids. GEARY ELEMENTARY/MIDDLE SCHOOL: 877.99SF WALTON ELEMENTARY/MIDDLE SCHOOL: 1467.39 SF
