Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not expected to start prior to May 2022. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Department intends to enter into a negotiated agreement for professional services for the design of new sewer collection and potable water utilities at the Sitka Airport. This is a federally funded project anticipated to be funded by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package. Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is from June 30, 2021 to December 31, 2022. Cost of these professional services is expected to be in the range of $500,000-$1,000,000.
