Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Westfield, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 15,300-square-foot medical facility; for site work for a water / sewer project; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Clark building parking project includes 32 new parking spaces with a storm water system, sidewalks, accessible ramp, and stair at the west entry serving the conference room at the first floor along with two accessible parking spaces at the south entry serving the offices located on the ground level. The project also includes replacement of two exterior entry doors and door hardware at the west entry along with electrical and security devices associated with the entry door replacements. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 26 to 27H inclusive. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate The overall annual program goals across all DCAMM project awards are: Construction MBE 4.2%, WBE 8.8% and Design MBE 6.6% and WBE 15%.
