Per the owner, as of January 17, 2022, an engineering firm has been selected for this solicitation. The owner states that they expect to have construction bid documents ready by the end of 2022, most likely November or December 2022. Professional engineering firms for the preliminary design/planning, land use approval process, engineering design, specifications, contract documents, construction cost estimates, design reports, and technical support for a potable water reservoir at the Utilitys East Hockinson Reservoir site. The new reservoir will be identified as Reservoir No. 2 on that site. The general scope shall also include the capability to perform construction inspection and assist with construction management. Clark Public Utilities encourages disadvantaged, minority, women-owned, and veteran owned consulting firms to respond.
