Two Bidders submitted proposals. Award has not been made as of September 28, 2021 This Request for Proposal ("RFP") is issued by the City of Riverside Public Utilities Department, Water Division ("City") to solicit Proposals from Design-Build Entities ("Companies") that are qualified and properly licensed to provide professional Design-Build services for the WATER SCADA TECHNOLOGY UPGRADE PROJECT ("Project"). The City anticipates selecting one Company to upgrade the current SCADA system utilizing Inductive Automation as the SCADA Software application to: Upgrade City's Water Utility SCADA HMI Platform Upgrade City's Water Utility Field RTUs and PLCs Comply with the City's Cyber Security and network requirements Vendors that do not submit a signed NDA and a Job Walk Form by the due date listed - "Schedule of Events" shall be declared non-responsive and will not be further considered for the Procurement. Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 07/16/2021 10:00 AM (PDT) Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) & Job Walk Waiver Due Date 6/11/2021 10:00 a.m. The City may reject any/or all Proposals and may waive any immaterial deviation in a Proposal. The City's waiver of an immaterial defect shall in no way modify this RFP or excuse the Company from full compliance with this RFP and/or the Contract Documents if awarded the Contract. The initial term of the Agreement shall be from January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2026 with the option to extend two (2) additional years in support of new scope and based upon acceptable performance by the Company, acceptable fees and subject to the same terms and conditions of the Agreement.
