The County of Riverside Purchasing Division ("Purchasing") on behalf of Riverside County Regional Park and Open Space District ("District") is seeking qualified firms to provide On-Call Professional Services for Architectural and Engineering services associated with future public works construction projects. This RFQU is not project specific. The District intend to award to three (3) or more Bidders. Bidders that submit a proper Statement of Qualifications ("SOQ") Package in accordance with this RFQU will be evaluated and considered for inclusion on the District's 2022 Professional Services On-Call List ("Parks 2022 On-Call List"). All Bidders on current or previous On-Call Lists with the County must reapply through this RFQU to continue to be available for on-call services for the District. There will be no incumbents. Bidders that are selected for inclusion on the Parks 2022 On-Call List as a result of this RFQU may be asked to execute a multiple year Professional Services Agreement ("Agreement" or "Contract") with the District. Inclusion on the Parks 2022 On-Call List or execution of the Agreement does not guarantee the award of any work and is not project specific. However, it will allow the District to quickly send quote requests to the Parks 2022 On-Call List on an "on-Call" or "as needed" basis for the period of three (3) years. Awarded Bidders will be retained on a regular rotating basis for the negotiated services including, but not limited to, agreement on the scope of work, terms, conditions, and fees. During the term of the Agreement, the District may issue work to Awarded Bidders on the Parks 2022 On-Call List through the development of a Task Order, which will establish the specific agreed upon scope, schedule, deliverables, and cost for the individual task/project. Fees will be negotiated with an Awarded Bidder selected from the Parks 2022 On-Call List for the project services required. Task Orders are approved and issued directly by the District. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
