The Department of Public Utilities, Energy Delivery Division of the City of Riverside is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the replacement of obsolete underground cable. The project will include trenching, substructure installations & replacements, CST lid retrofits, a new duct bank installation, sidewalk replacement and paving along Gibraltar Rd. and Highcliff Rd The Final day for receipt of questions from Contractors shall be on or before May 11, 2022 before 2:00 p.m. PDT.
