Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the documents prepared by LHB, Inc., 701 Washington Avenue North, Suite 200, Minneapolis, MN 55401, and dated May 28, 2021. This is Bid Package # 1. Items currently being bid include cast-in-place concrete, masonry, steel, vehicle barrier cables, joint protection, traffic coating, site work, site utilities and pavement markings. Remainder of items are anticipated to be bid in October 2021. In general, the project consists of a 4-level, post-tension concrete, parking structure. The Owner is considered a tax-exempt entity, therefore WI. Stat. 77.54(9m) will be utilized on this project. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities in any bid and to accept any bid which the Owner may determine to be in its best interest.
