The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to construct Lift Station No. 1 Rehabilitation for West Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 1 including, but not limited to; demolition of the existing piping and valves in the wet well and valve vault, replacement of demolished piping and valves, wet well and valve vault recoating and concrete repair, bypassing the lift station, installation of a doghouse manhole, and replacement of all electrical equipment, control panel; and all else shown on the construction drawings and detailed in the contract documents for a functioning lift station. There will be no pre-bid meeting for this project. Sealed bids addressed to West Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 1 will be received in the offices of Jones|Carter, 2322 W Grand Parkway North, Suite 150, Katy, Texas 77449, until 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 7, 2021 and then publicly opened via conference call (dial-in instructions are available at www.civcastusa.com) and read for furnishing all labor, material and equipment and performing all work required for the construction Plans, specifications, and bidding documents are available at www.civcastusa.com.
