**As of 8/30/2021 This work has been completed. The Winston-Dillard School District requests sealed Bids from qualified Bidders for the WMS Foundation Repair and Drainage Installation Project. The Contractor will provide services as described in the Solicitation Documents. Formal prequalification is not required. If obtaining this Solicitation Document from any other source, it is the Bidder's responsibility to ensure that a full and complete set of the Solicitation Documents have been obtained. The ITB Coordinator, Chris Giggy, Integrity Management Solutions LLC (chris@imsoregon.com) and the Technical Contact, Matt Keller, Pinnacle Engineering, (matt@pinnacleengineeringinc.com) are the sole points of contact for this procurement. All communication between the Bidder and the District regarding this solicitation shall be in writing via e-mail to the ITB Coordinator and the Technical Contact at the e-mail addresses listed above. E-mail inquiries shall be identified in the subject line as WMS Foundation Repair and Drainage Installation Project. Respondents are responsible for submitting bids in the manner, format, and to the delivery point required by the District. All bidders do so at their own expense. No proposal may be withdrawn until the elapse of thirty (30) days from the submission deadline. The District reserves the right to reject proposals not in full compliance with RFP requirements and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding of the District that it is in the public interest to do so. Interested firms shall have no contact with District staff or Board members during the selection process.
