Demolition, site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Winston, Oregon. Design plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Winston-Dillard Water District (the District) requests Proposals from firms interested in providing consulting engineering services to the District for the Winston Reservoir Replacement Project. Questions concerning this solicitation should be directed to the District's Project Manager, Tanner Pence, at tpence@wdwd.us. Proposers must comply with the requirements of the RFP and all applicable statutes. The District reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals or to negotiate individually with one or more firms, and to select one or more firms if determined to be in the best interest of the District. As of December 26, 2023, an engineering firm has been selected. Per owner, construction has not started yet. The preliminary design is being drafted currently. The project timeline is for completion to be 12/31/2025.
