No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of City of Northfield, Minnesota. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory performance and payment bonds in the full amount of the awarded bid. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities thereof.
