Site work for a water / sewer project in Bondurant, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The furnishing of all materials, equipment, and labor necessary, including excavation, installation, backfill, compaction, testing, surface restoration, cleanup, transportation, permits, certificates, temporary protection, electrical and mechanical components, and miscellaneous associated work necessary for, or incidental to, the construction of the S.E. Polk N.E. Morgan Drive Meter Vault, located at 1220 N.E. Morgan Drive, Bondurant, Iowa 50035. The Notice to Proceed will be issued after the Contract is signed and the Contract, the Contractor's Bond, and the insurance certificates required by the Contract are received by the Board. Work shall begin within ten (10) calendar days after the date set forth in the written Notice to Proceed. The improvements shall be completed within one hundred (100) consecutive calendar days from the date set forth in the Notice to Proceed. Bidders are urged to consult the Contract Documents before submitting a proposal. Those documents include, among other things, liquidated damage provisions Provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for completing the S.E. Polk N.E. Morgan Drive Meter Vault Project.
