The Propulsor Enclosure is intended to be used at Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY). The general work requirements include fabrication and assembly of new Propulsor Enclosure components, which includes the following: 1. Port Module 2. Starboard Module 3. Roof Module (including movable roof system) 4. Aft Module 5. Removable Platform (Level 2) 6. Removable Platform (Level 5) The structure is designed as four (4) primary independent modules (Port, Starboard, Roof, and Aft) which are assembled to form the Propulsor Enclosure. Additionally, there are two removable crossover platforms which will require assembly and disassembly to support operation of the Propulsor Enclosure. All components of the Propulsor Enclosure will be constructed offsite, brought in on a barge or other suitable means of transportation and will be assembled by the contractor in the identified storage location at NNSY. The Aft module will be placed at the storage location near the Propulsor Enclosure, but will not be inserted into the Propulsor Enclosure.
