Renovation of an educational facility in Tazewell, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Tazewell County School Board reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to negotiate with any respondent to the bid invitation, if deemed to be in the best interest of the school division. Remove and dispose of existing 6 windows in the auditorium and 8 windows of the agricultural shop at Tazewell High School and 4 windows in auditorium and 8 windows of the agricultural shop at Richlands High School. Furnish and install aluminum thermally broken storefront framing in the existing 26 openings mentioned above. Framing to be 2" x 4-1/2". Finish to be painted with Permaflour paint in the color of bone white. Glazing to be 1" insulated glass units make up to be 1/4 " clear tempered / 1/2 " A.S./ 1/4 " clear tempered with Solarban 60 in leu of the cardinal 270. Insulated metal panels to be installed in both agricultural buildings to match existing configuration and finish of framing as closely as possible. Configuration of framing in each opening to match existing configuration as close as possible.
