The work consists of: The removal of a toilet/shower building, removal of a toilet building with misc accessory structures, and the construction of a new toilet/shower building and the installation of a prefrabricated pit toilet buildings at YELLOWSTONE LAKE STATE PARK near Blanchardville, WI Wisconsin. The toilet/shower building has 1,715 square feet of enclosed areas and 289 square feet of covered area. Building construction has a poured concrete foundation and floor slab, masonry walls, wood roof trusses with metal shingles. Interior finishes are painted CMU and porcelean tile wall and floor finish with associated plumbing, Ventilation and Electrical. Site preparation with demolition, new utilities, revised utilities, new septic system and site development is included.
