In general, the work consists of: Dairy Stand Building - Remove and dispose of existing wooden deck railing. Provide new foundation pier, support structure, composite decking and railing. Barn - Remove and dispose of existing metal roof and skylight panels. Provide new exposed fastener galvanized metal roof panels over existing spaced framing. Repair damaged siding panels. Replace 2 sliding barn doors and hardware with new metal doors. Shop/Maintenance Building - Remove and dispose of existing metal roof panels from main building. Provide new exposed fastener prefinished metal roof panels. Replace damaged insulation over shop area. Provide gutter and 2 downspouts along south elevation. Bid date description: Hand delivery to the drop box labeled SEALED BIDS ONLY in front of the State of Wisconsin Administration Building located at 101 East Wilson Street, Madison, Wisconsin 53703.
