Site work and paving for a civil project in Owensboro, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The scope of work for this contract includes replacing an existing manhole structure, replacing existing sanitary sewer piping, dewatering, bypassing, and rehabilitating the affected area. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all Bids. No Bidder may withdraw their proposal within 60 days after the actual date of receival. The winning Bid shall be selected by RWRA and in the best interest of RWRA, the lowest Bid may not be the one selected. All taxes are the responsibility of the successful Bidder unless specifically exempted in the Bid Documents. All Bids must comply with federal, state, and city Equal Employment Opportunity laws and regulations, which prohibit discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, marital status, physical or mental disability, or any other characteristic protected by law.
