Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This project will provide a five-foot-wide concrete sidewalk along the southern side of Parliament Drive from Coventry Road to Huntington Drive, a total distance of approximately 0.20 miles. The proposed concrete sidewalk will connect to existing sidewalk at Coventry Road as well as a small section of existing sidewalk within the project limits. The project will extend the "Parliament Drive Sidewalk Phase II" project and provide continuous path along Parliament Drive. The concrete sidewalk will be located entirely within the existing right-of-way. This project includes new accessible curb ramps at each intersection along Parliament Drive; piping the existing ditch, new curb and gutter; and utility relocations. Project is included City of Virginia Beach FY 2025-2030 CIP. As of April 10, 2025, per owner, project is under design. Design team identified. A general contractor has not been selected. They expect to advertise the project for construction in August 2025. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
