Site work for a mixed-use development in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Questions regarding the referenced bid documents should be submitted to partis@vbgov.com. The closing date for questions is Wednesday, February 26, 2025 by 3:00 P.M. (local time). Project No. CIP 4-301.081, VB10-200G The City of Virginia Beach, Virginia will receive sealed bids for the furnishing of all equipment, labor and material, and the performing of all work for the above described project. The Bidder shall include in its bid or proposal its identification number issued by the Virginia State Corporation Commission or a statement describing why it is not required to be so authorized to transact business in the Commonwealth. The work includes replacement of the three (3) existing concrete ramps with new concrete ramps, installation of a floating tie-up slip with access gangway at the south side of Owl Creek Boat Facility, installation of a new ADA kayak launch facility on the north end of Owl Creek Boat Ramp, installation of a handicap accessible parking space on the north end of the boat ramp, and the installation of five (5) solar lights along the kayak launch facility. Kayak Launch will consist of an approximately 60' long walkway, an approximately 105' long timber walkway, a new gangway and a new ADA kayak launch.
