As of October 31, 2022, a design team has not been identified. Construction timeline is August 2024-April 2025. This project will provide a 5-foot-wide concrete sidewalk along the southern side of Parliament Drive from Green Kemp Road to the Arrowhead Plaza Shopping Center, a total distance of approximately 1,100 feet (0.20 miles). The concrete sidewalk will tie into the existing sidewalk at the Arrowhead Plaza Shopping Center. This project also includes new accessible curb ramps at the intersection of Parliament Drive with Green Kemp Drive and Gallant Fox Drive; piping for the existing drainage ditch; new curb and gutter; and utility relocations. Project includes roadway widening to avoid existing water utility conflict as well as associated easement acquisition.
