BC: 2018 AREA OF NEW ROOF - 7,400 SF The Work to be included in the Construction Contract is generally described as: providing all materials and labor for the replacement of the existing roof for Section 1B of the Ada County Courthouse, located at 200 W. Front St., Boise, Idaho 83702, as more specifically detailed in the Project Manual specifications and drawings. Owner estimates issuing a Notice to Proceed no more than Ten (10) days after executing the Construction Contract. Substantial Completion of the Work is required no later than Ninety-two (92) days after the Notice to Proceed is issued. Final Completion of the Work is required no later than Seven (7) days after Substantial Completion Questions Due Date: Aug 6th 2021, 4:00 PM MDT
