As of December 2, 2021, the project was awarded toTriple G Construction Inc, Bid amount received $76,291.44. The Work to be included in the Construction Contract is generally described as providing materials and labor for the conversion of two (2) multi-use bathrooms into two (2) single use bathrooms with showers for Ada County Juvenile Services. BUILDING AREA - 58,856 SF TENANT IMPROVEMENT AREA - 285 SF Questions Due Date: Nov 12th 2021, 4:00 PM MST. Submit Questions in Online Portal. The right to reject any or all Bids or to accept the Bid judged by the Owner as most satisfactory for its requirements is expressly reserved by the Owner. The Owner reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to waive any informality or technical defect in Bids received when the defect is deemed immaterial to the potential acceptance of the Bid by the Owner and a waiver of the defect would not give the Bidder an unfair advantage in the bid process. Before the Construction Contract is signed, the successful bidder must furnish performance and labor and material payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the Construction Contract amount. Owner estimates issuing a Notice to Proceed on December 15, 2021. Substantial Completion of the Work is required no later than March 15,2022. Final Completion of the Work is required no later than March 22, 2022.
