Final Completion of the Work is required no later than Seven (7) days after Substantial Completion. Questions Due Date: Nov 5th 2021, 4:00 PM MDT The Work to be included in the Construction Contract is generally described as: providing all materials and labor for the replacement of the existing roof for Sections 2B, 4D, 4C, 5B and 6 of the Ada County Courthouse, located at 200 W. Front St., Boise, Idaho 83702, as more specifically detailed in the Project Manual specifications and drawings. See the roof section map attached hereto as Exhibit B Roof area consists of roof surfaces as indicated in the drawings: 1. Remove existing ballast. Rock Ballast will be re-used. Store on the roof in an appropriate location. Remove roofing membrane, flashing, and coping. Discard of demolished materials. Existing insulation, substrate board and vapor barrier to remain. 2. Provide new loose laid roofing membrane, flashing and coping. Replace existing ballast. 3. Coordinate electrical/mechanical support for items to remain and roofs under and around supports.
