As of December 21, 2021, the project has been awarded to New Day Office Products and Furnishings for $315,744.92. The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit sealed bids from one qualified sources to furnish, deliver and install the furniture and furnishings as specified herein for the Inn at Foster Falls renovation project located at the New River Trail State Park, part of the Department of Conservation and Recreation 199-22-009 Two (2) years from date of award with goods purchased on an as needed basis per Terms and Conditions. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials and incidentals necessary to furnish and install (put in place) furniture as specified in this solicitation. All equipment, materials and installation work shall comply with this specification, the Virginia OSHA Standards, and the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Codes. Work Hours: All services shall be performed, unless mutually agreed upon by the Contractor and the Park Representative, during normal business hours, between the hours of 8:00 A.M. TO 6:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, except for State & Federal Holidays. Work Completion Date: Completion date should be no later than May 1, 2022 or ninety days from renovation completion.
