This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Lower Mt Bethel Township, Pennsylvania. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

Each bid must be accompanied by either a cashier's check or bid bond, payable to the Township, in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the highest sum of the "Total Prices" bid amount set forth in the bid. Said amount shall guarantee that in the event the contract is awarded to the bidder, the bidder will execute the contract in good faith. Checks or bonds will be returned to all bidders within ten (10) days after the contract is executed by the successful bidder. Attorneys-in-fact who sign bid bonds must file with each bond a certified and effectively dated copy of their power of attorney which effectively provides the necessary legal authority to execute all such documents. The power of attorney shall be subject to the approval of the Township Solicitor. The Township reserves the right to waive any irregularities in any bid, and to reject any or all bids, or to accept any bid which is in the Township's best interest, as more fully set forth in the Instructions to Bidders.
