Whatcom County Public Works Engineering Division is requesting bids for the Small Area Paving Project - 2021, CRP No. 921006. This Contract provides for the repair/repaving of sections of Birch Bay Drive, repair/repaving of Truck Road, and repair/repaving of several bridge and railroad crossing approaches in unincorporated Whatcom County, Washington. Work includes planing of bituminous or HMA pavement, HMA paving, crack sealing, pavement markings, and other work, as further described in the bid documents. Award will be made to the lowest qualified bidder. Whatcom County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any irregularities. Whatcom County encourages disadvantaged, minority and women owned firms to respond. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, labor and other miscellaneous items required to complete the work.
