Lane County is requesting proposals from qualified architectural firms (Proposers) for comprehensive Architectural and Related Services on an on-call basis for the Capital Projects Program related to numerous anticipated projects. Examples of potential projects include, but are not limited to, office remodels, roof replacements, mechanical equipment upgrades, acoustical improvements, and renovations of temporary residential housing facilities. Each project will be assigned to a qualified firm on an individual basis through issuance of a Task Order. The size and number of actual Task Orders will be based on actual requirements which will change according to needs and available funding. County will make no guarantee as to any minimum amount of work or compensation under these contracts, and Consultants will be paid only for work actually performed under a Task Order. In evaluating the proposals and selecting a Proposer, the County reserves the rights to: (a) Reject any and all proposals and cancel the RFP at any time if doing either would be in the public interest as determined by the County in its sole discretion. Method of Contractor selection has not been determined at this point of time.
