The Project consists of site grading of recreational facility; stormwater management facilities; milling and paving of access drive and parking; concrete and asphalt sidewalks throughout; miscellaneous rehabilitation to the existing concession building and dugout structures; new fencing; new dugouts for small baseball field; new small wood shed; new batting cage; and landscape improvements. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project.
