The scope of work generally includes approximately 3,200 linear feet of full manhole to manhole lining by Cured-In Place (CIP) methods of existing various diameter sanitary sewers, cleaning, close circuit television (CCTV) inspection, manhole rehabilitation, locate manhole and raise to grade, lateral connection liners, and all necessary appurtenances and restoration for such construction. Contract B-M-42 Source Flow Repairs: The scope of work generally includes approximately 6,600 linear feet of full manhole to manhole lining by Cured-In Place (CIP) methods of existing various diameter sanitary sewers, in- trench sanitary sewer spot repairs, cleaning, closed circuit television (CCTV) inspection, manhole rehabilitation, locate manhole and raise to grade, installation of new sanitary sewer manholes, the removal and replacement of existing sanitary sewer manholes, lateral connection liners, and all necessary appurtenances and restoration for such construction. Interested parties may contact the Borough for access information prior to the date and time identified herein. Contracts A and B are being funded in part by Green Revitalization of Our Waterways (GROW) grants from the Allegheny County Sanitary Authority (ALCOSAN). Bidder must agree to comply with all requirements associated with ALCOSAN funding. Pennsylvania prevailing wage rates apply. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Borough. The bid must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to the Borough of Baldwin to guarantee the bidder's entrance into the contract if given the award. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid may be withdrawn for ninety (90) calendar days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids.
