The City of Tamarac is hereby requesting Bids, from qualified Contractors, for the construction of the Citywide Culvert Headwall Installation Project - Phase VI (Bid No. 21-02B). The project sites are the east end of NW 46th Street, approximately 175 Feet east of NW 19th Avenue (LAT26.184 LONG-80.168); the East Southgate Boulevard (south side), approximately 330 FT west of SW 83rd AVE (LAT26.229 LONG-80.241); the West Southgate Boulevard (south side), approximately 186 Feet west of Santa Monica CIR W (LAT26.228 LONG-80.294); and NW 82nd Street (North Side), approximately 167 Feet west of Cassia TER. The work shall include, but not limited to, demolition of existing headwalls, the construction of new aluminum sheet piling headwall and/or riprap installation, improvements to existing drainage and pipe extension, concrete sidewalk and curb replacement, guardrail restoration, earthwork, and landscape restoration improvements in accordance with the project design plans. The work to be performed consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete this project, as indicated in the Special Conditions, Special Provisions, and Technical Specifications herein and within the project design plans. The work includes all labor, materials, equipment, engineering and obtaining all applicable permits, licenses, insurance, and supervision necessary to complete the project as specified herein. All proposed improvements shall be completed in accordance with the project bid documents, design plans, details, technical specifications / scope of work and all applicable federal, state, county, and local regulatory requirements. The project estimate is: Six Hundred Seventy Five Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($675,000.00)
