Per the owner, as of June 1, 2023, an award has been made for this solicitation. The owner states that the design is nearing completion and construction is expected to commence in May 2024. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. .................... The City of Pullman, Washington is soliciting requests for proposals (RFPs) from qualified consultants to provide community outreach, planning, and design of improvements to construct various elements of the Downtown Master Plan. Initial scope elements will include preparation of detailed field surveys to determine exact right-of-way, street dimensions, and existing utilities and features, and subsequently prepare viable concepts and visioning graphics. The consultant will develop a list of anticipated project elements and preliminary costs, and consultant will present project elements and cost estimates for City Council approval prior to proceeding with detailed design. An emphasis will be on streetscape enhancement including existing and future public spaces. The consultant will be expected to work closely with the City staff, stakeholders, and elected officials during all phases of the project. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
