As of 10/05/2021 This project will be awarded on 10/18/2021 Bids are invited upon the several items and quantities of work approximately shown as follows: The East Park Commerce Center - EM Copps Drive Phase 2 project work will consist of the following approximate quantities: 27,000 SF of new asphalt roadway, 1,300 LF of new curb and gutter, 600 LF of storm sewer, 6 storm structures, 650 LF of water main, 700 LF of sanitary sewer, 2 sanitary manholes, new installation of 8 light poles and 1,300 LF of conduit and associated wire. These quantities are approximate and subject to change. No bid will be considered which is not completed on the City of Stevens Point QuestCDN website. All applicable charter and statutory provisions and ordinances are incorporated into the contract. The successful bidder shall be required to conform to all Federal, State and local safety requirements. The Board of Public Works reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. Bids may be held by the Board of Public Works for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of opening of the bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding of the contract. Prequalification of bidders will not be required.
