Site work and new construction of a fitness / recreation center in Berrien Springs, Michigan. Completed plans call for the construction of a fitness / recreation center; and for site work for a fitness / recreation center.
Project consists of new construction stud framed restroom facility. Project Location: 4421 E. Snow Road, Berrien Springs, MI 49103 Bids will be received for the following Work: 1. General Contract (all trades). No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities
