Three-Year Professional Services for the County of Santa Barbara Public Works Department (including the Santa Barbara County Flood Control & Water Conservation District, Santa Barbara County Water Agency, and Laguna County Sanitation District) General: The effort of construction will require the orchestrated movement of many people. Design engineering, construction plans and specifications, and a well-planned construction sequence are needed during the construction phase: 1. Constructability review 2. Project and contract management, including documentation 3. Construction inspection 4. Construction scheduling 5. Community relations 6. Inter-Agency coordination 7. Claim analysis 8. Project closeout Professional Licensing Requirements: C- Civil Engineer, licensed in the State of California, as defined by the Professional Engineers Act. The County of Santa Barbara Public Works Department (Department) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for the following ten (10) major categories and eleven (11) subcategories of professional services.
