Electrical - standard service and wiring including underground connection to utility pole approximately 60 feet away. Include 4 plug ins for workbench area, wiring for heat pumps, water pump, hot water heater and forced air furnace. Exterior lighting to be 50 Watt LED - lights to be located near doors including overhead doors. Interior lights to be minimum 150 Watt LED. Lights in washroom and office to be LED - equivalent to 60 watt. Plumbing - to include installed fixtures (1 toilet, 1 sink and 1 urinal); 2 floor drains with connection to drainage ditch approximately 20 feet away; exterior tap, well and connection to sewer utility approximately 40 feet to existing main. To include water pump. Heating - Removal of furnace and oil tank from existing building in close proximity to new structure and reinstalled at new site. New duct work will be required. Windows - 3feet x 4feet vertical, single hung. Steel siding on exterior walls to be a light colored shade (off white, light tan). Steel on roof to be a darker shade of brown.
