The owner has selected a Design Builder. A timeline for construction has not yet been established. Rehabilitate Meadow Building Design and construction of a new 3-story building and parking lot, approximately 92,226 sq. ft. VDOT Meadow Road property is located at Riley Ridge Road. There is no address at this time (it's the woods now). For more information including site surroundings and building plan options, see attachment D of the RFP. Funding has been appropriated for the design and construction to rehabilitate the 16 story approximately 92,226 sq. ft. VDOT Meadow Building located at VDOT's Meadow Road property. Project includes full design of site development and construction of a new office building, parking lot and auditorium. Interior design options will be necessary for each floor based on reconstitution plans derived from departmental surveys that will be already complete. The selected proposer shall provide various options to the above indicated initial project scope and cost scenarios to the Owner for consideration when requested. The Owner shall review the various options and cost scenarios to determine the exact scope of work for the initial phase of design and construction.
