Renovation of an educational facility in Reading, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 100-square-foot educational facility.
Project Description. The scope of work includes the installation of new non-illuminated and illuminated building signage on two facades on the Schmidt Training and Technology Center (STTC) and the STTC entrance canopy. The Work requires installation of new electrical branch circuts to new signage locations from existing electric panels including penetrations through fire-rated partitions and exterior walls. Single Prime Contract: General Construction. There will be no pre-bid meeting held. Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding will support this project. Davis Bacon Prevailing Wages must be paid and applicants for employment shall not be discriminated against because of their race, age, color, religion, sex, national origin, or handicap. This Contract is subject to the requirements for affirmative action to ensure equal employment opportunity (Executive Order 11246). CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 2/4/2022 12:00 PM
